Clinical trials have shown that mango leaf can help improve reaction time and your ability to shift between tasks, so start your day with a smoothie that'll help support your focus and mental performance. Here's the recipe:

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1 cup ice cubes
    • 3/4 cup cut mango pieces
    • 1 handful spinach about 1/2 cup
    • 1 handful kale about 1/2 cup
    • 2 Mango leaves
    • 1 scoop TB12 Vanilla Plant Based Protein
    • 1/2 cup almond or oat milk

    Combine in the blender and enjoy!
